Knockout Rocks was born from a shared belief that jewelry should feel deeply personal—and that the stone should always get top billing. For co-founders Heidi Korwek and Erin McNamee, it all started during Heidi’s search for her own engagement ring: a quest to find something meaningful, timeless, and undeniably special. That experience led her to Erin, whose lifelong background in the jewelry industry and natural eye for design immediately stood out. What began as designing personal pieces and helping friends and family source one-of-a-kind jewelry quickly evolved into something bigger—an idea rooted in craftsmanship, individuality, and the belief that jewelry should tell a story.

To deepen her expertise, Heidi earned her Graduate Diamonds diploma from the Gemological Institute of America, combining technical precision with an appreciation for what makes each gemstone unique beyond the grading report. Together, Heidi and Erin built Knockout Rocks around a stone-first philosophy: every gem has its own personality, and every design should honor it. The result is a brand founded on creating pieces that feel intentional, personal, and entirely one of one—designed to be worn daily, celebrated often, and kept for a lifetime.
